Através de entrevistas em profundidade, com o time da Infracommerce e seus principais clientes, chegou-se à conclusão de que, além de um novo posicionamento, a marca precisava de uma atualização em sua identidade visual sem que os elementos que já faziam parte do logotipo fossem muito modificados, preservando o histórico da marca. A solução representa o novo posicionamento: "Sua estratégia, nosso ecossistema". A partir da ideia de um ecossistema que pode ser modular e integrado o "ponto" assume um novo significado. Além disso, a família tipográfica também é modificada, comunicando maior expertise.

Além do logotipo, foi desenvolvido um sistema de identidade visual que apresenta um ícone e uma textura. O ícone possui os principais elementos do logotipo: a inicial do nome Infra e o "ponto" que representa o ecossistema. O resultado é uma abstração de um globo terrestre digital com formas que remetem ao código binário. O padrão de textura possui as duas formas do ícone e traz a ideia de modularidade presente no portfólio de serviços da Infracommerce.

Touch Branding, together with the Infra team, developed the brand’s new positioning, "Your strategy, our ecosystem," restructuring the entire portfolio of products and services. The result is a new Infracommerce—more accessible and practical—putting all its expertise at the service of each client’s strategy.

Through in-depth interviews with the Infracommerce team and its key clients, it became clear that, beyond a new positioning, the brand also needed an update to its visual identity—without significantly altering the elements of its logo, preserving its history. The solution reflects the new positioning: "Your strategy, our ecosystem." From the idea of an ecosystem that is both modular and integrated, the "dot" takes on new meaning. Additionally, the typeface was also redesigned to communicate greater expertise.

Beyond the logo, a visual identity system was developed, featuring an icon and a texture. The icon incorporates key elements of the logo: the initial letter of Infra and the "dot," which represents the ecosystem. The result is an abstraction of a digital globe with shapes reminiscent of binary code. The texture pattern is built from these two icon shapes, reinforcing the idea of modularity that defines Infracommerce’s service portfolio.
